SRX11978479: RNA-Seq of Aliivibrio fischeri ES114
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 16.9M spots, 846.2M bases, 271.7Mb downloads

Study: Para-aminobenzoic acid, calcium and c-di-GMP induce formation of cohesive, Syp-polysaccharide-dependent biofilms in Vibrio fischeri
show Abstracthide Abstract
Transcriptomes of Vibrio fischeri ES114 were collected under three conditions: (1) TBS culture, (2) TBS culture plus calcium, and (3) TBS culture plus calcium and 4-aminobenzoic acid (PABA). RNA was collected at 4 and 8 hours for each treatment condition, and analyzed to determine what genes are involved in syp and cellulose biofilm formation when exposed to calcium and PABA.
